Ethics

The purpose of the Ethics Procedure Manual is to provide an equitable procedure for the application of the standards of professional conduct consistent with the CAPL Constitution.

Ethics Procedure Manual

All Ethics complaints must be made in writing and delivered to the CAPL Office for the Committee to review at its next regularly scheduled meeting.  The Committee will not consider any matter which is presently before the courts or any quasi-judicial body.
