January 28 Presentation - ALC Application Requirements

This presentation gives a brief history of the Agricultural Land Commission, the Agricultural Land Reserve and how they effect oil and gas applications in BC.  The location of ALR lands will be identified and the Delegation Agreement between the ALC and BC OGC will be explained to increase understanding of the mandate of the ALC.  We will explain the requirements of a Schedule A Assessment and the information that is collected and how it will be used for future reclamation purposes.

ERIN LANGERUD - OPERATIONS MANAGER, BC – H3M Environmental

Erin has nearly 15-years of experience in Environmental Consulting, working as a project manager and mentor to junior staff. Her focus is on environmental planning, construction, and reclamation. She is extremely familiar with regulatory requirements as they pertain to the oil and gas industry in British Columbia and approaches each project with the intent to provide site-specific solutions that are accepted by the regulator and obtainable by the client.
