This portfolio focuses on advancing understanding, stewardship, and value creation of sub-surface mineral rights and resources.  It supports education, best practices, and policy awareness, enabling CALEP members to responsibly manage mineral interests and unlock long-term economic benefits.  By bridging technical expertise at CALE, regulatory insight, and market awareness, the portfolio positions mineral land negotiators with opportunities that contribute to sustainable development and resilient resource outcomes.
