A Member‑at‑Large is an elected Director who does not hold responsibility for a specific standing portfolio. Instead, they support the Board through project‑based involvement, strategic initiatives, and special assignments as determined by the Board.

Members‑at‑Large contribute broad perspectives, participate fully in Board discussions and decision‑making, and may be called upon to lead or support short‑term projects, working groups, advocacy initiatives, or emerging priorities. This role provides flexibility to address evolving organizational needs while strengthening overall Board capacity and governance.
