CAPL COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS
The Canadian Association of Petroleum Landman (“CAPL”) COVID-19 Guidelines and Protocols as set forth in this document contain and detail CAPL’s responses to COVID-19 and best practices for ensuring the health, welfare and safety of the CAPL community and those who attend the CAPL offices/classroom. CAPL has attempted to ensure that such Protocols are in compliance with current and available legislative acts, regulations and public health directives and CAPL will, on an ongoing basis, strive to ensure that the said Protocols continue to reflect the most current relevant information. The reader is advised, however, to refer to and monitor any and all public health guidelines and directives as may be issued from time to time by Alberta Health Services and/or any other governmental agencies.

Information on the CAPL Classroom
The CAPL Classroom is well-designed to maintain social distancing requirements. CAPL has taken extra precautions to ensure the health, safety and wellness of its members, including but not limited to, (i) increasing office cleaning and sanitation, including ensuring additional cleaning measures are undertaken after each event held in the CAPL Classroom; (ii) providing hand sanitizer in numerous locations in the office and CAPL Classroom; and (iii) ensuring disposable masks are available to any attendees.
